What is the lay-away policy?
Put $10 down (or more) and pay the purchase off within 6 months. After payment completion, yourorder may take up to 3 weeks to be ready for delivery or in-store pickup
You may cancel a lay-away order within the first 5 days with no penalty
Lay-away must be done in person, over the phone, or via email. Our online system cannot handle lay-away purchasing at this time
How does delivery work?

If you order in-store, delivery dates and prices will be set up by your salesperson
If you order online, you will receive an email after purchase with available delivery dates and the quoted price. Delivery usually runs about $150, but may vary based on your location
We are working to add a comprehensive delivery pricing system to our website ordering system and apologize for any inconvenience
NOTE: Delivery rates are determined by items purchased and the delivery distance


What is the return policy?

We do not accept returns. All sales are final
NOTE: If there is a manufacturer defect, call us or visit us in-store to work out a possible replacement
